AI for everyone, built into the work you already do.
Practical AI training and tools for business owners who are done feeling overwhelmed and ready to get results.
Everything you need to put AI to work.
Whether you're training a whole team or learning to build your own AI systems for your small business. I'm based in Cork, Ireland, and I work live online with business owners and teams across Ireland, the UK, Europe and North America.
Training built around the work your team already does.
Generic training is where your budget gets wasted. Everyone enjoys it, if you're lucky, but nothing really changes. That's why AI That Works builds training out department by department, around the workflows your people already run, and everyone finishes the program with their first real workflow built, measured, and running with AI in it.
- Champion discovery90 minutes with an AI champion in each department, to understand and map the workflows your people run on the daily.
- Department cohortsA half-day per week, live and recorded, covering all bases of Claude or Microsoft Copilot from fundamentals to mastery, bespoke to that department's workflows and use cases.
- The Work Stream ProjectEveryone builds one real workflow into daily use as we go, baselined before and measured after.
- Leadership layerAdoption, governance and change, handled honestly.
Build the systems yourself. Work on the business, not in it.
Live Bootcamps for solo founders and micro businesses, where you learn to build AI systems for yourself. The current camp is Admin on Autopilot: three 90-minute evenings, built live with you. You leave with your admin running on autopilot, no more messy notes and an end to a head full of overwhelm.

In their words.
We pay a virtual assistant almost $300 to $400 a month for managing our inbox. That task is taken care of now, because we have the inbox cleaner which you helped us set up. We have dropped those tasks for the VA and now have them working on other things.
Suresh BhagchandaniOwner, F45 Training West Cary and Downtown RaleighWith her guidance, our teams learnt the foundations of all the tools, but where we saw real value was where the team took steps to build their own processes into scheduled AI systems.
Niall MellonieCo-founder, LaikShe has a remarkable ability to make AI feel practical and accessible without overwhelming you with technical jargon. This is exactly why we chose her to introduce AI to our team of 17 staff members.
Fleur PullenCo-founder and Innovation Booster, YnnovateKatelin brings a special value to the table: easy communication and kindness, super on-time delivery, and the content shared is excellent.
Luiz OliveiraPartner, Operations and Capital Advisory, WHY ConsultoriaWhy choose AI That Works?
I built AI That Works for the people the AI industry keeps talking past, real business owners with real workloads. The promise underneath everything I teach is simple, if it doesn't save you time in your actual week, it doesn't make the cut.
Plain English, always
When I moved into tech I drowned in jargon for months, so I made myself a promise: if I can't explain something simply, I haven't understood it well enough yet.
Tested on my own business first
I run every system I teach. If it hasn't been earning its keep in my own week, you won't see it in a session.
Hours back, measured
We baseline how long the work takes you manually, build the AI way, then measure again. You leave with a number, not a feeling.
From doer to decision maker
The busywork gets a system. You get your head back for the work that actually needs you.

Meet Katelin, the AI strategist.

I've been experimenting with AI since 2021, long before ChatGPT became a household name. My introduction wasn't a viral tool, it was a startup using AI for social impact work, and watching even the basic models of the time solve real business problems, once someone with an operations mindset got hold of them, was the moment it clicked for me. This wasn't just another new technology, this was going to change how businesses run.
Since then I've built content systems that run whole marketing engines, automated project management across teams, and put AI chatbots into an enterprise that kept the brand voice and actually knew the business. Work that used to take teams weeks, done in days, sometimes in an afternoon.
So how am I different to the next AI consultant? Well, I come from operations, not computer science. More than a decade leading teams, at Dropbox and in startup chaos where money is tight and results have to show up fast, so I know the pressure of needing AI to pay for itself, not just look good in a presentation.
I also spent years in content and brand strategy, which taught me the bit most AI advice skips: great outputs need great foundations. If your brand voice isn't written down anywhere, your AI content will sound like everyone else's. And yes, that's fixable, it's usually the first thing we fix.
One promise I made myself when I moved into tech: plain English, always. I spent my first months drowning in jargon and it was completely unnecessary, so I'd never do that to the people I work with. If I can't explain something simply, I haven't understood it well enough yet.
This space does move faster than any business owner can track, new tools every day, model updates every week. So I built automation systems that monitor it all for me, filtering the noise down to what will actually matter for your business. I do the keeping-up so you don't have to.
My philosophy hasn't changed since 2021, I test everything on my own business first, keep what works, ditch what doesn't, and always chase the business outcome rather than the shiny tool. You skip the trial and error, that's the whole point.
Want to see exactly how I work, what I offer and what it costs?
It's all in the brochure below, the services, the shape of each one, and the pricing. I believe you should know exactly what you're considering before we ever get on a call.
And if it resonates, let's have a conversation about your specific situation.
Have a question?
If you can use a smartphone, you can use AI! We break everything down into simple, practical steps. Our students range from complete beginners to business leaders, and they all walk away knowing exactly how to make AI work for them.
The honest answer is that starting is the hardest part, the capability was never your problem. If you're a business with a team, we start with a conversation and I map the workflows your people actually run, then pick the low-risk, highest-impact one to build on first. If you're a solo founder or micro business, start with the free tools, or jump into a Bootcamp and build your first systems live with me.
You'll start seeing wins from day one! Our training focuses on practical applications you can use straight away. Many of our students tell us they save hours in their first week using the tools and techniques we teach.
Because we measure it. I baseline at the start, how long the work takes you manually today, and we measure the same workflows again at the end with AI built in. Speed, quality, accuracy and hours back per week. You get a number at the end, not my word for it.
For team training it's Anthropic's Claude or Microsoft Copilot, bespoke to whichever your business runs on. I'm a certified Microsoft AI Business Professional and AI Transformation Leader, and Claude is what I run my own business on every day.
The deeper answer: the tools matter less than the system underneath them. What you learn is how to build workflows and systems around your own work, and that thinking carries with you even as the tools keep changing.
Virtual by default, live and recorded, and it genuinely works better for the hands-on sessions because everyone is at their own computer building in their own accounts. In-person is available where it makes sense, leadership sessions and roundtables tend to earn the room.
That's the only way I run it. Before any training is designed, I spend 90 minutes with an AI champion from each department mapping the workflows your people run every day, and those workflows become the spine of that department's sessions. Generic training is where budgets get wasted, so I don't deliver it.
It's the most common fear in the room and I never brush past it. The whole approach is amplify, don't replace: AI takes the repetitive work so your people get time back for the judgment, relationships and decisions that actually need a human. And the systems we build keep people in charge by design, nothing ships without a review step. The leadership sessions cover exactly how to carry a team through this transition honestly.
Not at all! We'll show you how to get amazing results with free tools first. The only thing we recommend is a paid AI chatbot subscription (about €20/month) to access the best features. Beyond that, we'll help you choose tools that make sense for your specific needs.
Team training: for businesses. A bespoke program built department by department, with everyone building a real workflow as we go and results measured start to finish.
Bootcamps: for solo founders and micro businesses. Live camps where you learn to build AI systems for yourself, so you can work on the business instead of in it. The current camp is Admin on Autopilot, three consecutive evenings, three systems built and running.
AI Audit & Roadmap: the first step for teams that believe AI matters but don't yet know where it pays off. One-to-one sit-downs with your team, then a personalised roadmap of quick wins and a clear path to being AI-ready.
Not sure which fits? Reach out and I'll tell you honestly, including if the answer is the free tools for now.
I work with SMBs across industries - pharma, medtech, retail, tourism, education, e-commerce, logistics, professional services, and more. My frameworks focus on operational problems, the repetitive work and workflow inefficiencies that show up everywhere regardless of sector. If you're losing time to repetitive tasks or unclear processes, the methodology applies to you.
Take the €98 seat, every evening is recorded and the recordings are yours to keep, so you can build alongside them whenever suits. Or start today with the €69 self-paced version, built on the September cohort's recordings. The €89 seat is live only. Live is better, you can ask questions as we build, but the camp still works on replay.
