Speaking & events

AI talks your audience can actually use.

Live on your stage, virtual or in person. Everything I speak about comes from systems I run myself, so your audience leaves with something they can apply, not just something they enjoyed.

Katelin O'Shea speaking at an event

Meet your speaker, Katelin O'Shea.

I started exploring AI in 2021, before ChatGPT made it a dinner-table topic, because I could see the gap between what AI promised and what a non-technical business owner could actually do with it.

I come from operations, more than a decade of it, and I've spent the last four years testing AI on real work. So my talks run backwards from the outcome your audience wants, not forwards from the technology. If something is unreliable, I say so on stage. That honesty is usually what rooms remember.

Signature talks

  • From copy-paste to systems that run without you
  • From doer to decision maker: building an AI-first team without adding headcount
  • How to actually measure AI ROI (so you're not just guessing)

A good fit when your audience

needs a real starting point with AI, not another overview

wants something they can apply the same week

is under pressure to adopt and unsure who to trust

Formats run from a 90-minute talk or panel seat to a half-day or full-day workshop on your stage. Virtual by default, in person where it makes sense.
