Live Bootcamp · September 8, 9 & 10, 2026

The admin that's eating your week up, now can run itself.

Email alone was costing me ~45 minutes a day. Then a proposal would go and steal another three or four hours. Before these systems, I was drowning in it. So I built AI systems that handle all of it, running whether I'm at my desk or not.

The Admin on Autopilot bootcamp is where you build your own versions of this exact setup, live, with me, over three 90 minute sessions.

3 live build sessions90 minutes eachAll sessions recorded€89Limited to 50 per cohort

Built for non-techies. I walk you through every setup step, live, and if you ever get stuck, there's email support the whole way through.

What doing your own admin actually costs.

45 minutesa day

The inbox that never ends

Every email is a tiny decision, made hundreds of times a week with no system. And when things get busy, it’s not just time you lose. Details slip, and opportunities sit unread until they’ve passed. Over a working week that’s close to half a day, gone before any real work happens.

3 to 4 hoursper proposal

The proposal tax

To be honest, we all want more of them going out, not fewer. But like income, every proposal carries a tax, paid in hours of writing and formatting. When two or three land in the same week, which is exactly what you’re hoping for, that tax can swallow whole days.

100%of it in your head

The business only you can run

Every goal, lead, client project and half-idea, is held in one place: your head. It’s the reason the first two never get fixed, and the reason a proper day off never quite happens.

You've probably tried AI already. Good moments, maybe even a great one, but nothing that joined up and actually ran with you. That was my experience too, until I stopped chatting with AI and started letting it act: no more copy, paste, and cleanup after the fact. AI gets useful the moment it knows your business, sees your calendar and inbox, and takes action so you're not the one keeping it on track. That's what we build.

The three systems you'll build.

Every one of these is a system I run in my own business, daily. Yours get built on your business, not demo data.

Built in session one

Your proposal system

Rough discovery notes in, a branded, client-ready proposal out, this time in about 20 minutes. Mine used to take three to four hours each, a tax I was paying on every piece of work I hoped to win. You set up your template and your brand once, then it’s minutes every time after.

Honest note: the template and brand setup happens once, in the session, then it’s forever repeatable.

Built in session two

Your inbox cleaner

Mine runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday, labelling and sorting before I ever open my email. The things that matter surface, instead of sitting unread while you’re busy. Nothing auto-sends, it organises and you decide. Yours runs on its own schedule before the bootcamp ends.

Honest note: opening my inbox used to mean bracing myself. Now it’s a breath of fresh air, the sorting’s already done before I get there.

Built in session three

Your own personal assistant

Mine reads my calendar, knows which leads I’m working on, my goals, my client projects and my offers, and plans the day with me every morning. This system took me from scrambling between tasks to starting each day with one clear focus. Yours will make tomorrow morning’s plan before the session ends.

Honest note: this one compounds, the more it learns about your business, the better an assistant it becomes.

Free replay · just under an hour

See all three running, before you decide.

I ran a free session called No More Night Shift, where I showed these exact three systems working on my real business and walked through how each one is built. Press play, there's nothing to fill in. If you want to know what you're actually buying before you buy it, start there.

Recorded live on 13 August 2026, on my own business, not demo data.

That's the whole session. Three mornings, and these are running on your business.

Three sessions, and it's running.

Before session one, you get a guided set of prompts that teach the AI who you are, what you sell and what you're working towards. Five minutes per pillar if that's all you have, thirty if you want the strongest foundation.

1

Session 1

Client documents on demand

Set up your proposal system with your template and your branding, and generate a real proposal before the session ends. After the bootcamp, my invoice framework lets you repeat the whole process on your invoices. Doing it a second time, on your own, is the moment it clicks.

2

Session 2

The inbox cleaner

A short guided cleanup beforehand gets your inbox down to a workable size (bulk archiving only, I send you the exact steps, most people need 20 to 40 minutes). Then in the session we connect Gmail together, build your label system from scratch, and put your cleaner on a schedule that runs whether you’re at your desk or not.

3

Session 3

Your own personal assistant, and making it all run itself

Build your personal assistant on your foundations, connect your real calendar, and hold your first planning meeting together, live in the session. Then we connect all three systems into a rhythm that runs itself. You leave with tomorrow’s plan, made by your assistant.

Three live 90-minute sessions, three mornings in a row, cameras on and building along.

Every session is recorded. If a morning gets away from you, watch it back and catch up with me over email.

Getting started is the easy part.

Who it's for

Solo and small business owners who use AI here and there, get patchy results, and are starting to wonder if it's them. It's not you, I promise, and I assure you, you don't need to be technical. If you can write an email, you can build these systems. However you do need to be fed up doing your own admin!

Who it's not for

Anyone after a deeply technical implementation. These are practical systems, built together, for non-technical founders, business leaders and savvy individuals who want results. No deep theory, no hype, no wading through useless amounts of tools. We build practical systems that make a difference, that's it.

Katelin O'Shea, founder of AI That Works

Why learn this from me.

I'm not an engineer. My background is operations and project management, and every system in this bootcamp is one I actually run in my own business, daily. My personal assistant plans every morning with me. The inbox cleaner ran before I sat down today.

The demos aren't set up to look good, they're my real back office.

A straight answer on testimonials

There are none on this page, because nobody has been through this camp yet. These are the founding cohorts, and the price reflects that. What you get instead: the working systems themselves, email support throughout the bootcamp, the smallest groups I'll ever run this with, and a guarantee that puts the risk on me.

Build along in the live sessions, and if you don't have a working automation saving you time by the end of session three, you get every cent back.
