I only teach what I run myself.
I'm Katelin O'Shea, founder of AI That Works. I'm based in Cork, Ireland, and I train small business owners and teams across Ireland, the UK and Europe to build AI systems that take the admin and the repetitive work off their plate. The training runs live online by default, so it works wherever you are.

The short version.
- Who I work with
- Solo founders and micro businesses, through live Bootcamps. Teams, through training built around the work they already do.
- Where
- Cork, Ireland. Live online by default, in person where it makes sense.
- What I teach on
- For teams, Anthropic's Claude or Microsoft Copilot, whichever your business runs on. Bootcamps run on Claude.
- How you'll know it worked
- I time the work before we start and again at the end, so you leave with a number.
How I got here.
I come from operations, nothing technical. More than a decade of leading teams and running projects, some of it in startup chaos where money is tight and results have to show up fast, so I know the pressure of needing AI to pay for itself.
I started experimenting with AI in 2021, before ChatGPT was a household name. My introduction was a startup using AI for social impact work, and watching even the basic models of the time solve real business problems, once someone with an operations head got hold of them, was the moment it clicked for me.
So how am I different to the next AI trainer? Well, I run every system I teach. If it hasn't been earning its keep in my own week, you won't see it in a session.
What I offer.

Why I built it.
I built AI That Works for the people the AI industry keeps talking past, real business owners with real workloads. The promise underneath everything I teach is simple, if it doesn't save you time in your actual week, it doesn't make the cut.
If you've tried AI, had a few wins and then hit a wall, you're who I built this for. Start with the free tools, or tell me about your team and I'll tell you honestly what I'd do first, and yes, sometimes that's the free tools for now.
