You don't have to write it yourself, just load the skill in your AI and it will build the file right there for you. It'll take you only 10 mins or so but it will pay you back that time forever.

Content research
Finds what your customers are actually asking about, in their own words, and hands you back ideas with a point of view already attached.
Write in your voice
Will draft any copy you need, then checks every line back against how you actually write before handing it over. It's the end of rewriting things to make them sound like you.
Pressure-test the goal
Will turn a goal into week-by-week steps with real dates, but not before it asks what you've already tried and whether this is even the thing holding you back. Most plans fail because nobody asked that second question.
Read your own numbers
Will take whatever you've got, an export, a spreadsheet, a pile of figures, and hand back one chart and an honest read of what changed and why. No dashboard, no forty tabs, just the answer.
Why nobody's signing up
Will read your page the way a first-time visitor does, cold, then tell you the two or three things actually costing you sign-ups and the exact wording to replace them with. Not thirty observations you'll never act on.
Why this keeps working
Your context lives in a file, not in a chat window, and a file is not tied to any one AI. So when Claude gets more expensive, or ChatGPT ships something better, or whatever lands next year turns out to be the good one, you move the folder across and carry on. Why I put this together.
I'm Katelin, founder of AI That Works. My background is 15+ years in operations and project management, not engineering, so everything in here is written for people who think in systems rather than code. There's nothing you need to install and nothing you need to configure, beyond answering the questions the AI asks you.
I built this pack because I kept catching myself doing the same thing, opening a chat, typing out my whole background, and forever more getting something back that sounded nothing like me or my business. The chat window will always forget without context, and writing it down to share is the fix, and it's the same fix whether you're on Claude or ChatGPT or whatever AI lands next year.
